Traditionally Rustic Food Cookbook

Carmen Delgado the cook and recipe developer behind the cookbook wanted the book to the food to attainable for any home cook to make and enjoy. We shot over 5 days in the summer of 2020 and the heart of lockdown in California. There was only the two of us on set to keep things very minimal. We captured over 40 recipes from staples such as mayonnaise and salad dressings to breakfast, soups, pasta, fish and meat, bread and pizza to desserts.
